Regarding the Test Kitchen... While taking in a show we sat next to a couple of fun ladies from New Jersey. While Ruth and I really enjoyed the Test Kitchen they weren't as pleased. They described the dish seen above as looking like someone had "slaughtered the animal" right on their plate. Wish I could do the accent. They were correct, but it was a tasty morsel nonetheless. I also have to say that I've tried "wine pairings" many times and more often than not they are a bust, The Test Kitchen nailed it, though. Regardless, if it doesn't look like your thing there are many other delicious options available. No pressure.
